Tiene mejoras en el crecimiento de los n\u00facleos urbanos (que crecen en tama\u00f1o dentro del mapa hexagonal), y en la forma de apilar unidades militares en las mismas casillas. Presenta un mayor desarrollo del \u00e1rbol de tecnolog\u00edas, que pasa a llamarse sistema de investigaci\u00f3n, y de la inteligencia artificial de los rivales.
