Esta estabilidad estructural revela c\u00f3mo los modelos de familias y costumbres sociales se perpetuaron tras el paso del Antiguo R\u00e9gimen a la sociedad pol\u00edtica liberal. Las jefaturas femeninas se mantuvieron entre el 17% y el 19% del total de las familias, donde las viudas copaban los casos llegando hasta el 82,3% de los casos femeninos.
