La inmigraci\u00f3n hacia Espa\u00f1a no es un fen\u00f3meno actual. Durante el Antiguo R\u00e9gimen, numerosas personas de otras nacionalidades emigraron a Espa\u00f1a en busca de nuevas oportunidades y ascenso social. El caso concreto del recurso hace referencia a los oficios que los franceses asentados en Zaragoza ocupaban en los siglos XVII y XVIII. Seg\u00fan los expedientes matrimoniales, en Zaragoza se contabilizaron 104 franceses afincados. De ellos, 84 trabajaban por \u00abcuenta ajena\u00bb; 16 por \u00abcuenta propia\u00bb; y 4 por situaci\u00f3n laboral desconocida. De los 84 contratados, 21 eran horneros, una cifra muy superior a cualquier otro oficio, y seguido de los 8 labradores, los 6 tejeros, y los 5 sirvientes. Pero la alta disposici\u00f3n en el oficio de hornero no fue acompa\u00f1ado de un ascenso laboral en dicho sector, pues solo 1 fue maestro hornero. Finalmente, pod\u00edan existir casos en los que los inmigrantes buscaron atajos para el ascenso social fuera de la legalidad, como el caso de Juan Sarto, franc\u00e9s que falsific\u00f3 documentos de la universidad zaragozana como de libros parroquiales para hacerse pasar por aragon\u00e9s.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
