Tras el seco verano, donde el sol ha alimentado con sus rayos los vi\u00f1edos, se proced\u00eda a recoger las uvas para pisarlas y comenzar as\u00ed la elaboraci\u00f3n del vino. En los planos m\u00e1s alejados de la composici\u00f3n se advierte c\u00f3mo se produce la recogida de la uva, as\u00ed como la necesidad de contar con animales de carga para el transporte del producto.
