Respondiendo al tipo de casa del siglo XVII en Espa\u00f1a, se sit\u00faa en el conocido barrio de las letras donde se agruparon los literatos del momento. La rivalidad entre Lope y Cervantes fue palpable no solo en el \u00e1mbito literario, sino que tambi\u00e9n compartieron la misma calle, pues unos metros m\u00e1s arriba de la casa de Lope se encontraba la de Cervantes. El despacho del literato responde a su lugar de trabajo, donde encontramos un escritorio de madera sobre el que se encuentran libros y plumas para llevar a cabo su labor.
