Su autor, Hernando de Llanos, fue disc\u00edpulo de Leonardo en Italia. Despu\u00e9s volvi\u00f3 a Espa\u00f1a, trabajando en Valencia y Murcia. Es uno de los primeros pintores del Renacimiento espa\u00f1ol, formado directamente con uno de los maestros de esra corriente en Florencia.
