La pintura de historia decimon\u00f3nica reflej\u00f3 grandes momentos en la historia de la monarqu\u00eda espa\u00f1ola, con especial atenci\u00f3n por hechos escabrosos como el desequilibrio mental de la reina Juana I, tras enviudar de Felipe I el Hermoso.
