Se concluy\u00f3 a finales del siglo XVII, siendo una muestra del Barroco civil. Lo m\u00e1s llamativo es su fachada retablo (de autor\u00eda an\u00f3nima), con columnas salom\u00f3nicas y despliegue her\u00e1ldico (Guevara, Mar\u00edn, Garc\u00eda de Alcaraz y Ponce de Le\u00f3n). El due\u00f1o de la casa, don Juan de Guevara, era caballero de la Orden de Santiago.
