En 1778 se promulg\u00f3 el Decreto de Libre Comercio con Am\u00e9rica. Este hecho impuls\u00f3 que a las regiones perif\u00e9ricas a la Corte, que hab\u00edan invertido en diferentes tipolog\u00edas de induestrias para comercia con Am\u00e9rica.
