{"id":24784,"date":"2022-12-01T13:42:06","date_gmt":"2022-12-01T12:42:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/historylab.es\/the-declaration-of-the-rights-of-man-and-of-the-citizen\/"},"modified":"2023-01-06T11:36:24","modified_gmt":"2023-01-06T10:36:24","slug":"la-declaracion-de-los-derechos-del-hombre-y-del-ciudadano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/historylab.es\/es\/la-declaracion-de-los-derechos-del-hombre-y-del-ciudadano\/","title":{"rendered":"La Declaraci\u00f3n de los Derechos del Hombre y del Ciudadano"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"es\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">En su pre\u00e1mbulo y sus 17 art\u00edculos, establece los derechos \u00abnaturales e inalienables\u00bb, que son la libertad, la propiedad, la seguridad, la resistencia a la opresi\u00f3n;<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">reconoce la igualdad ante la ley y la justicia, y afirma el principio de separaci\u00f3n de poderes.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Si bien el texto fue posteriormente burlado por muchos revolucionarios y seguido por otras dos declaraciones de los derechos del hombre en 1793 y 1795, el texto del 26 de agosto de 1789 fue el que sobrevivi\u00f3 e inspir\u00f3 textos similares en varios pa\u00edses europeos y latinoamericanos.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">el siglo 19;<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">sobre \u00e9ste se fundaron las constituciones francesas de 1852, 1946 y 1958.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">La Declaraci\u00f3n Universal de los Derechos del Hombre, firmada en Par\u00eds el 10 de diciembre de 1948, al igual que el Convenio Europeo de Derechos Humanos, firmado en Roma el 4 de noviembre de 1950, tienen los mismos or\u00edgenes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Inspirada en la Declaraci\u00f3n de Independencia de los Estados Unidos de 1776 y en el esp\u00edritu de la Ilustraci\u00f3n, la Declaraci\u00f3n de los Derechos del Hombre y del Ciudadano de 1789 marc\u00f3 el comienzo de una nueva era pol\u00edtica.
