{"id":24785,"date":"2022-12-01T13:42:06","date_gmt":"2022-12-01T12:42:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/historylab.es\/declaration-of-the-rights-of-the-child\/"},"modified":"2023-01-06T11:39:00","modified_gmt":"2023-01-06T10:39:00","slug":"declaracion-de-los-derechos-del-nino","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/historylab.es\/es\/declaracion-de-los-derechos-del-nino\/","title":{"rendered":"Declaraci\u00f3n de los Derechos del Ni\u00f1o"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"es\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">En 1924, la Liga de las Naciones (LON) adopt\u00f3 la Declaraci\u00f3n de Ginebra, un documento hist\u00f3rico que reconoci\u00f3 y afirm\u00f3 por primera vez la existencia de derechos espec\u00edficos de los ni\u00f1os y la responsabilidad de los adultos hacia los ni\u00f1os.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">La Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas (ONU) fue fundada despu\u00e9s de la Segunda Guerra Mundial.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Se hizo cargo de la Declaraci\u00f3n de Ginebra en 1946. Sin embargo, luego de la adopci\u00f3n de la Declaraci\u00f3n Universal de Derechos Humanos en 1948, el avance de los derechos revel\u00f3 las deficiencias de la Declaraci\u00f3n de Ginebra, que por lo tanto tuvo que ser ampliada.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Por lo tanto, optaron por redactar una segunda Declaraci\u00f3n de los Derechos del Ni\u00f1o, que nuevamente abord\u00f3 la noci\u00f3n de que \u00abla humanidad le debe al Ni\u00f1o lo mejor que tiene para dar\u00bb.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">El 20 de noviembre de 1959, la Declaraci\u00f3n de los Derechos del Ni\u00f1o fue adoptada por unanimidad por los 78 Estados miembros de la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In 1959, the United Nations General Assembly adopted the Declaration of the Rights of the Child.
