It is a work entitled: La Historia y los beneficios que reporta su estudio, propuesta a un príncipe, of which the author is unknown. It is probably linked to the Real Sociedad Bascongada de los Amigos del País and the education of its students. It is not known whether it is a translation. It seems to be a draft due to its condition.
