The Roman tradition does not have fabulous tales, which narrate the birth or deeds of gods and heroes and are populated with supernatural creatures. From this point of view it can be said that the Romans do not possess myths, in the manner of those possessed by the Greeks. They have stories that form the foundations of their cultural tradition and to which they attach special importance: the stories.
