Prosecutorial allegation of the process of faith of the Court of the Inquisition of Murcia against Alejandro Malaespina, Italian sailor with service in the Hispanic Monarchy, for propositions. Head of the Malaespina Expedition, Alejandro was an outstanding sailor who commanded some of the most outstanding scientific expeditions of the 18th century. On his return in 1794 and after conspiring to overthrow Godoy, his figure gradually disappeared from the political scene, leaving only his scientific achievements as a legacy.

The post Malaespina, Alejandro first appeared on History Lab.

The fourth installment in the Civilization series. The aim of the game is to lead a civilisation from 4,000 BC, in an attempt to grow it to world domination. Among the new features compared to previous instalments is the introduction of the concept of great characters from history (artists, merchants, prophets, engineers and scientists), who offer extra benefits. It also incorporates for the first time in the series the possibility of founding and expanding religions and adopting an official religion. It also replaces the choice of forms of government with the adoption of political principles. The UN takes centre stage and artificial intelligence is far superior to previous versions.

The post Sid Meier’s Civilization IV first appeared on History Lab.
