This document must be contextualised in the years prior to the foundation of the aforementioned educational institution (1776). The exact authors are not known. It promotes the educational premises that the Real Sociedad Bascongada de los Amigos del País wished to establish for the education of the descendants of the families responsible for founding the first Sociedad Económica de Amigos del País.
