										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In 1666, in the Royal Society&#8217;s scientific journal, Philosophical Transactions, Robert Boyle, the most important exponent of experimental philosophy in late 17th century England, published the short essay General Heads for a Natural History of a Country, Great or small (pp. 186-189).
