]]> The fifth instalment in the Total War series. The game takes us to the Japanese feudal era, where the territory is dominated by nine rival clans led by local warlords. The game’s artificial intelligence is based on Sun Tzu’s The Art of War. The game features considerable improvements over the first in the series. In campaign mode, the player must control settlement development, military production, economic growth, technological advancement and diplomatic relations. The main attraction of the game, however, is its 3D pitched battles.
