]]> The Royal Ordinance is made up of twenty-seven articles, including the prohibition of extracting mares and fillies from Andalusia, Murcia and the land of Extremadura, the form of the registers and marking of livestock, the marking of pastures, and other matters. An extract is also added of the annual register of mares, fillies, colts, tamed horses and fathers, which the neighbours of each district have, with distinction of the villages, and which the corregidores of the heads of the districts should send to the Secretary of the universal war office.
