British-American television miniseries, based on the novels by Philippa Gregory, which focuses on the figure of Queen Catherine of Aragon, wife of Henry VIII of England. The series is disastrous from the point of view of historical rigour, repeating clichés and making continual inaccuracies. It could be an exercise in historical criticism for teachers and students. Surprisingly, after the first season, a second season arrived. So far, 16 episodes have been filmed.
